Leadership + Coding + System Design
Feedback is in a form that recruiter read what interviewers wrote. Some their notes were not professional, such as 'run out of examples even though prepared' (had ~4 situations prepared, better 0 I guess), I was told it was OK to google or use stack overflow but if I did, it was in my feedback as well. System design was difficult so I expected it may went bad. Overall they do not look for discussion / collaboration. Interviewers job was to pinpoint your flaws.
Also I think that for leadership part they do not know what to assess hence strange feedback

Entretien
Three stage process:
1. Telephone interview
2. Online, timed, coding challenge
3. Three part face to face interview
The Telephone interview was a screening interview to learn more about myself and to learn more about the role.
The online, timed, coding challenge was made up of two different algorithm coding challenges.
The third stage face to face interview was:
* Algorithm coding session
* System design session
* Competency-based questions on leadership skills
