I was interviewed on my own but typically it is usually a group interview. Mine involved being asked the usual questions about previous work experience and how I overcame difficult situations with customers or within my studies.

Straight forward and joyful. The interviewer was nice and friendly. At the end his no verbal expression was more neutral and detached, making me realise I didn't get the role.

The interview was an enjoyable experience and not too difficult, definitely helps to draw on past experiences as this is what the questions are centred around. I found the interview to be quite relaxed and chilled as well, the interviewer was also really friendly and easy to get along with.
