They asked extremely easy questions and asked a few scenarios of what you would do. The people who interviewed me were lovely and chatty which made the interview more relaxed

It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
