Entretien
Very different style of interview than any I had encountered before. It was a group interview where we were then split into two groups and played a game against each other. We had to devise the answers as a group and were observed by the hiring managers for our team work, communication and engagement.

Asked us to come up with questions to ask them in order to get to the correct answer to win against the other team.

Very simple easy and feels a like chat normally has two people in the room with you asks the basic questions! And then shows you around the work place, interview lasts about 30 minutes
Applied online and completed scenario based activity (what should you do in this situation etc) and then received phone call to book an interview in store with the manager in the following days

Easy location to find, good transport links, friendly staff, confirm identity, answer 4 questions, chat about the role and contract length as temp colleague and same values. Positive, listened, opened up about herself and felt at ease.
