Very easy, nice and friendly, only asked a few questions and was only about 20 minutes long. Easiest interview I’ve ever had and possibly the shortest interview. Simple questions about myself and how I’ve helped others to get a sense of personality

Incredibly respectful, open, transparent, direct, and challenging too. Manager was polite, on time and prepared for the interview. It happened during a difficult time (amid lockdown) and all my questions and concerns were answered and accommodated. I received an offer on the same day, so it is currently ranking as my top interview of all time.

A single interview consisting of only three fairly common interview questions followed by the opportunity to ask any questions of your own. Compared to other recruitment processes I have experienced it had less components.
