phone call to confirm the interview date, asking some customer service experience in the interview, i answer the question based on my university group project experience and my previous job experience, then i got my offer within 3 days, easy interview

Incredibly respectful, open, transparent, direct, and challenging too. Manager was polite, on time and prepared for the interview. It happened during a difficult time (amid lockdown) and all my questions and concerns were answered and accommodated. I received an offer on the same day, so it is currently ranking as my top interview of all time.

A single interview consisting of only three fairly common interview questions followed by the opportunity to ask any questions of your own. Compared to other recruitment processes I have experienced it had less components.
