So far, awful! The hiring team need to get their act together. They can't run a lemonade stand let alone hiring tech teams. Tesco are not making this process easy or fun.

Call from HR, then an invitation to the office, meeting with 2 designers, after that — void, nothing, zero. No communication at all.
Typical Hiring Process
- phone call
- F2F with hiring manager
- then invite candidates back - looking at different tech competencies (3hr test which includes 1hr coding and 1hr systems design) and then 1 hr on leadership skills (collaboration, empathy, resilience, responsiveness, innovation). They ask examples of when you have demonstrated these skills.
