The interview process was a calm process, it was comfortable and not awkward not very formal just normal conversation. Just got walked through the store and explained what was needed of me and what my responsibility’s are.

It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
