Entretien
I had to apply online. complete an online assessment which had about 30-40 questions and after a week got a call to come in for an interview. The interview was a group interview with 7 people altogether. The interview consisted of two interview questions thrown out to the group and we were all given an opportunity to speak. it lasted from 1:30pm to 3:30pm and it mostly was the interviewers speaking and after the questions had a tour of where we would be working whilst our Passports/NIno,etc were being copied. After wards we were asked to give our availability.

The interview went very easy. They asked 4 questions and informed me that they will call me in the end of the week. I got call the day itself of the interview and I got the job.

Informal friendly process. Was put at ease and really enjoyed the process.
Questions were about my own experience both personal and professional which I was able to draw on. Interviewer appeared very interested in what I was saying.

One interview in person, layout was clear and well structured, I was invited to the store for the interview and it was a good experience and they discussed the role in depth
