Waste of time process... Do not apply if you are 10 plus years of experience and have good package i.e experience * 4 or 5. The process is pathetic, HR simply ghost you after the interview. The interview itself is totally crap. They took SDLC round and 2 people joined...constantly cutting over each other while asking questions looks like trying to proof something to each other. It was really a BS process, asked about how to decide senior to junior ration etc. All kind of random behavioral questions they asked which makes no sense to a tech profile. They themselves were sounding too dumb.

Entretien
Process starts with phone screen with recruiter. After the phone screen thee interviews are scheduled random order. First is about SDLC - software development lifecycle, Second is about Leadership (behavioral) and Third is System design. Depending on interviewers availability it can take from 1 - 4 weeks.

3 technical/logical, 1 personal/soft skills interviews. 4 different men with 2 rounds of whiteboard hazing for a managerial role.
One interviewer complained he was missing a talk he wanted to attend by interviewing me and proceeded to ask low-level technical questions for a whiteboarded example app, but when I asked him how hands-on the role was he said hardly at all.
The soft skills interviewer didn't even look at me but just buried his head writing down every answer I gave from his prepared script.
The whole process was unimaginative and uninspiring, epitomising a lot of what is wrong with tech interviews.
I did not receive any contact whatsoever letting me know the outcome, it's was as if I had never been there, and I later found out the recruiter had left his contract and moved elsewhere.
