they gave me an interview then asked me to walk round the shop floor and watched how I acted among customers etc
the job was only nights which they didn't tell me beforehand

It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
