I applied through Online Application on Tesco website. Did an Online Questionnaire as part of the application process. After passing the questionnaire and id check the application was submitted. Few days later was called for an interview. Interview conducted by 2 managers.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
