J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tesco en janv. 2015
Entretien
Filled in the form. I waited a few weeks for someone to get back. I was the called to arrange and interview. The interview was pretty easy and quick. Didn't have any issues, the questions were also very simple. They told me what hours they had to offer and i pretty much took what they had left. At the time it was a new store so i had an induction after with lots of people. The induction was a few hours and they told us about tesco and made us fill some information in a booklet and provided us with some information as well. It was all organised pretty well to be honest. I remember the interviewer was extremely nice to me, so i didn't feel nervous at all. This was my first job with my first proper interview i had and i would say it was the nicest experience I had as a newcomer to the working life.
Completed a fairly short interview with two existing staff members (including manager) and then headed downstairs to do a trial shift to check how you performed on the checkouts and interacted with customers.

J'ai passé un entretien chez Tesco (Londres, Angleterre)

It was simple, basically why do you want to join Tesco and some soft skill questions. Tell me about a time you worked in a group, try to answer in STAR format.
It was done by a manager in a back room. It was formal and it was about 20 minutes asking about experience, peoples skills etc. this might have changed as this was like 6 years ago now
