Applied online and got a response about a month later. Got put in a room with two other people and was asked normal interview based questions. Was put in a tiny room asked each of us the same question as they filled out the form with are answers

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
