Group interview, with around 5 other people, we had to do a team working exercise. And then
we had individual interviews a lot of focus on availability (Christmas eve etc...)

Short. A few questions, including one asking for a time when I’d shown ‘empathy’. I think they were mainly evaluating people skills, friendliness, and the like. No silly tests. A very short question about previous work, but they didn’t dive very deep. Also some general chit chat.
Excellent process really good system. Thanks again and good job for your work on this one too. Smooth, formal process. I felt very we’ll respected and wouldn’t hesitate to apply again.

Went along to Tesco, met with a group of around 8 other people. Filled in some forms, went round in a circle answering questions. Then had 30 minutes having a taster of what work we would be doing.
