Relatively easy interview and application process. Applied online and passed the tests. The interview was certainly more practical rather than the typical formal interviews. The interviewer didnt' ask any formal question, we went straight onto the shop floor. There were many canditates being interviewed at the same time however it wasn't a typical group interview.
We were asked to individually stack and organise shelves for about 15 minutes. Afterwards I was taken to the manager's office and offered the job on the spot.

It was a face to face interview with many behavioural based questions that asked about my experiences, problem solving skills, teamwork, and adaptability, and how I handle challenging situations in working environments.
