One to one interview, 5 scenario based questions, very quick and relaxed. Then had a phone interview the day after for a specific department in the shop. However, after the process (they took about 2 days to get back to me saying I'd passed), I was offered ridiculous job hours (in a different department than interviewed for) way out of what I initially asked for. Therefore, the job offer was retracted.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
