I applied online and 2 weeks after a manger phoned to offer me an interview for a few days later. The interview was a group interview with 4 other people we all took turns in answering questions. They described the job and benefits of working for the company but I didn't have to go on to shop floor.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
