Asked to build a 6ft paper tower in a team and we were asked interview questions as a group. Then went to the shop floor and overlooked the checkout assistants and offered to help the customers unload/pack. Then were interviewed 1:1 where they asked questions about the 6ft paper tower exercise. Whole thing lasted around 2 hours.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
