Applied at Tesco web site in the begginning of September and I had an interview with two managers less than twoe weeks later. They were kind even when I asked several times about some of their questions because I couldn´t understand properly (English is not my first language). It was confortable and they made me feel calm and relaxed.

Group interview after i filled out an application. The interview was a couple of hours with a variety of tasks and introductions to department heads. They asked me when i could work at the end and said ok see you then.

Didn’t have to wait to hear back, was employed on the spot after the interview & set up first shift dates - very efficient.
