I got a phone call from the Lead Manager of my department who invited me for an interview the day after I had applied for the position. It was quite an informal one-on-one interview, where I was asked 5 questions. He then called me the next day to offer me the job.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
