The interview went very easy. They asked 4 questions and informed me that they will call me in the end of the week. I got call the day itself of the interview and I got the job.

Entretien
I applied online and got a phone call the next day asking me to come in for an interview. I met with the manager of the store and the whole interview lasted under 30 minutes. He gave me a sheet asking to fill in my availability whilst he took copies of my passport and NI number. Then he asked me the interview questions. The whole thing was really relaxed and the manager was friendly.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a complaint from a customer
Tell me about a time when you've had to follow a policy
Tell me about a time when you've experienced disappointment or a setback
Informal friendly process. Was put at ease and really enjoyed the process.
Questions were about my own experience both personal and professional which I was able to draw on. Interviewer appeared very interested in what I was saying.
