The interview process was a sit down, face to interview interview. That lasted around 20 minutes and first involved going through basic stuff like availability. The interviewer was manager of the store alongside another manager from a different store. One had a printed document and took notes whilst the other asked the questions. The questions were clearly being scored.

Straight forward and joyful. The interviewer was nice and friendly. At the end his no verbal expression was more neutral and detached, making me realise I didn't get the role.

The interview was an enjoyable experience and not too difficult, definitely helps to draw on past experiences as this is what the questions are centred around. I found the interview to be quite relaxed and chilled as well, the interviewer was also really friendly and easy to get along with.
