Group interview, questions asked to whole group and each person takes turns answering.
Questions are mainly scenario based and all centre around customer service.
Interview roughly 10-15 minutes altogether, alongside some paperwork (National Insurance number, bank details, etc.)

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
