J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tesco (Ashford, Kent, South East England, England) en janv. 2016
Entretien
Applied online, received a phone call around a month and a half after applying asking me what day I would be able to attend an interview.
After arriving I was taken up to the interview room and asked if I wanted any water. The interview was one on one with the manager of the department. They started off the interview with a fed questions about myself, as well as how the interview process would work. They then went on to ask questions about what I would do in different situations and how I would react to them. Finally they asked me about what I thought I would be doing and how confident I was with my product knowledge.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
