2 stages of interview. 1st interview is online interview with the senior RA and the country manager. 1st interview more to interpersonal skills and aptitude. Next stage was a physical interview. Need to come to their office.
There are a few stages of the interview. The first stage was online. The second stage need to come to their office. You need to pick one of the guidelines and do the presentation to the hiring manager.

Quick and thorough process. Worked through a recruiter and set up first interview within 2 days of expressing interest in position. Phone interview with HR was mostly regarding qualifications and experience, but the interviewer was not too familiar with the specifics of the position. In-person interview was with hiring manager and colleagues. Very informative and friendly.
