The process consisted of a Skype Interview, this was the initial part. It began by setting a time and date for the interview and required the Skype application. The email the manager used was different from their point of contact. The questions were mostly soft balls, and they focused mostly on personality evaluations. A follow up interview would quiz the applicant on engineering knowledge.
