First round was more about my domain knowledge and overall understanding of project lifecycle. Second round was presentation about my career journey followed by some pre-sales related questions. After clearing both the round then there was a call to discuss the salary packaging. Overall interview questionnaire were very unusual. It actually check your ability to handle surprise situations at work. Overall experience was good.

3 Month process, 1st initial Technical, 2nd Managerial , 3rd Head of the department, 4th Hr and salary negotiation. The Hr is very lazy and inefficient. Referral is needed to get into the first stage.
