The first interview was a great experience, and I was really excited about the company and opportunity. The second interview experience was in a group setting and felt demeaning. I walked away confused why I was grilled over seemingly meaningless details concerning one situational example at my current job that I provided as an answer to a question. The interviewer seemed to be determined to make me feel embarrassed and stupid in front of the other team members, to be frank, and they seemed quite miserable and totally uninterested in being in the room. After reading other submitted interview experiences on various sites, it seems I’m not alone in walking away feeling totally negative about a company I was initially attracted to.
