Lengthy interview process, phone screening, initial interview with HR & department head, interview with entire sales team, interview with department heads. Super relaxed atmosphere and laid back interviews. They seem to focus more on what kind of person you are than your qualifications. Definitely an awesome place to work, anyone who has the opportunity to work there should jump on it. I was thankful I made it through as far as I did, but I respect the fact they had a better candidate. They take great care in selecting their employees.
