Horrible experience...I went through several rounds of interviews, and the interviewers kept asking almost the same questions. They repeatedly emphasized how exhausting and demanding the work is — that unlike other companies, one person is expected to handle the entire project process alone. There was no communication from HR before the interviews, not even a heads-up on whether the interview would be in Chinese or English. As for the written test, I was asked to draft a full PR plan by myself, which felt like free labor.
