Unplanned/candid recruiter phone screening followed by a video interview. The video interview was scheduled with one person but a second person showed up. It was clear they weren't certain exactly what they were looking for in a candidate and revealed they would be doing 3+ weeks of video interviews for this round of candidates. This is a giant red flag.
