Screen was less formal since this was for TA team, Manager was a little late for this but took time over to answer all my questions. I was scheduled for second interview and interviewer never showed up to the Google meet. I emailed organizer and did not receive response until the next day- giving an excuse and telling me they were moving forward with other candidates that were further in the process and did not want to reschedule. I understand a time crunch but I would appreciate my time not being wasted with a quick email canceling prior.
