Multiple managers asking technical and non-technical questions. All managers were professional and respectful of time limits. Clearly defined next steps in the process. All managers answered questions and provided insight to their working experience and projects that may come about in the future

The interview process is completely rigid and siloed. I interviewed for a role I was overqualified for, and when I asked about the (Sr.) Molecular RA role (which I applied to), I was dismissed without discussion. The company's screening criteria are fundamentally flawed. They are unable to see equivalent experience. This led an offer to interview for a "Tech 1" trainee position at $23.25/hr, a role typically for new graduates with a B.S., which is wildly inappropriate, given I have a Masters and 3 years of work experience.
