I spoke with the hiring manager on what seemed to be a phone screen, was a bit odd that the process started this way. I never heard back even after thanking them and expressing interest. I felt like I had the skills to work well in the role. In the end it was all about likability.

Process started out well, was amazed how fast a response was given after applying online. HR phone screen, followed by another phone screen from the group member itself though not by person that HR said would interview me. Which was okay, I guess, but do wish I was informed beforehand so I could better prepare knowing who would be interviewing me.
