I got into the interview process thanks to the referral of a current employer. I received a call on the phone with one of the girls from HR and she told me I would receive a coding challenge a few weeks from that day. Over a month has gone by and I haven't received nor the coding challenge or a response to the follow-up emails I have sent.
There were three rounds of interviews. First, over the phone with a recruiter, the second interview with team supervisor, then the third was a 2 hour long interview with team members
Pretty average/ straightforward. people were nice, the questions were pretty standard, and it all was relatively fast. Overall a pretty average interview, behavioral questions, questions related to the job posting.

Entretien
The process ran smoothly at first--they communicated with me in a timely manner. I had an initial screening, completed an assessment, interviewed with the hiring manager, and then did a final round interview all within a couple of weeks. However, after my final round interview, they kept telling me I would hear back by the end of the week for three or four weeks. After the third time of being told I would hear that week, I decided to accept another offer before even hearing their final decision. It just came off as disorganized and unprofessional. While waiting to hear back, I also found awful reviews on Glassdoor about how employees are treated at Tempus which left a bad taste in my mouth.
