J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Temple University en déc. 2011
Entretien
2 rounds of interviews. First with the hiring manager and then a second round w/ senior VP and panel interview with a group of peers to the position.
All the interviews were fairly typical and straight forward. Review all the traditional interview questions and you should be fine.
One point of advice - Confirm whether or not they've completed their review of internal candidates. After 2 rounds of interviews eventually meeting with a Sr VP it was a bit frustrating to hear you didn't get the job because they decided to use the opening as a promotional opportunity for an internal employee. nothing against promoting existing employees, but why bring in external candidates and waste several months of their time if you feel you alrady have the skills needed internally.

Question 1
Nothing out of the ordinary. Typical questions like why do you want to work at Temple, what skills qualify you for this position, etc..

The interview process was very easy. I was called within 10 days of applying. First interview was with 6 folks at once. I appreciated that over answering the same questions 6 times. My second interview was scheduled the same day as the first and took place the following day. It was another two weeks before I had the official offer. I think this would normally come more quickly, but the HR rep for my position was on vacation, so the communication was delayed.
The interview experience will probably vary widely depending on the department your apply to. For me it was really simple.
