Applied online and was contacted to do a phone interview. The interview was fairly normal.
Conversation kept going back to being able to work with personalities that have big ego's and being able to perform requests from leadership that may seem illogical to the requested task. That was kind of red flag for me.
They were looking for someone to work part time, which I understood but they used that as an excuse to not move forward with my application and interview process. They're the people first team that's going to better healthcare through a phone app.
Guess I was spared.

There are some very big ego's here, how would you handle a request to arbitrarily change the color of something like a button to yellow, even if it didn't make sense?
