Entretien
Progressive one on one with a final panel. Step one was an informal discussion and review of work history. Step two was a sort of peer group meeting with a review of qualifications, general discussion and finally an open discussion on what it may be like to work there. Final step was more of a typical behaviour based interview with a review of past experiences and predicted path forward for potential new position.
