I firmly believe that 'rejection is protection,' especially in this challenging job market. However, I wanted to share my experience interviewing for a Senior Auditor position. Two interviewers were present via zoom, and the interview felt disorganized, with questions being thrown back and forth between them. It was hard to follow, and their questions weren’t direct. I could tell my answers didn’t meet their expectations, but I was exhausted and struggling to engage meaningfully. The main reason for writing this review is the behavior of one of the interviewers based in LA. One the interviewer rolled her eyes (several times). I was shocked and felt completely disheartened by the lack of professionalism. After that moment, I lost all motivation and started stuttering through the questions. Wishing everyone luck in this process and hope you have a better experience.
