There was an in person interview with three people including the direct supervisor for the position and the manager of the department. The interview went over all the basics that are usually covered including experience and education. At the end of the interview I was told that I would hear from the hiring manager within 2-3 weeks if I got the position or not but they never followed up saying I did not get the position which was very disrespectful considering they only had 4-5 people they interviewed.
