The company is posting false advertisement. They don't hire tenured agents because of the expected salary, but hire newbies instead. They will mock your accent (as per the interviewer, they are interested in hiring people with native american accent). While the interviewer was giving his feedback, he's actually laughing. This is the first time I failed. I should've listen to those people who already experienced this before. Just wasted my time.
