Sit down interview 2 parts. One on one, then another with 2 employees. First portion is with HR or management. Second part is with would-be fellow employees (scripted) to gauge how a person would compliment the team and learn your communication style.

I applied then received a call for a pre screening interview that was followed up with a zoom interview and then a phone call to offer you the job. I found it really hard to get ahold of any body due to the fact nobody seemed to know how to get in contact or direct me to hr which I found weird.
