zoom call with the entire team, which was the SVP of technology - Lead Architect of Development, Business Analyst, QA, Front End developers and backend SQL developer. Everyone introduced themselves and talked about their roles and how long they have been at the company. I was then asked various questions about my experience in software development, asked about what projects I have worked on and designed, what were some hurdles and how did I handle them. I had already been given a programming skills test and so that got me into the round of interviews. After the first zoom interview, there was another follow up culture interview in which it was more about me and personality and to make sure I would be a good fit for their culture.
