I was contacted by a recruiter about setting up time to connect. I was thrilled to get this email as I was super excited about this particular role. I responded with my availability for the next week. I didn't hear back so I emailed again the following Monday to confirm my email was received. No response. I followed up again a few days later and still no response. I am disappointed; it seems my emails have been blatantly ignored. If a good candidate experience is important to the company, this is not the way to accomplish it.
