The 1st interview involves answering a technical questions that will be given in few days in advance. You will be asked few follow up questions, so good understanding of the answers are required. If you pass, then there will be behavioural interview with hiring manager and HR.

I received a message from a recruiter on LinkedIn. After an hour long phone call with the recruiter, I sent them my resume. The resume was then sent to the hiring manager, who texted me and scheduled an interview. I attended a 2 hour phone interview. Not many technical questions. Mostly answered questions about my current position as an application engineer at Keysight Technologies. I followed up with the hiring manager for any feedback and to thank them for their time. It's been over 2 weeks with no response. Assuming I didn't get the job, but an email would have been nice. I attended the interview when I was on paid paternity leave, so I had to sacrifice time with my family for the interview.
