Two stages. First stage with me would-be line manager, over a teams call. General culture and experience questions. Second stage on-site with the same manager and a different manager, a mixture of technical, culture and experience questions.
The would-be line manager was great - clearly knowledgeable and asked relevant questions.
The other manager was disruptive, asked irrelevant and unusual questions, and would gaslight you by telling you you weren't answering the question even though you were, and by suggesting their own irrelevant questions were standard and should've been prepared for. They also gave unsolicited feedback mid-interview.
There were also an inappropriately high number of questions regarding my personal life.
Note that this company also uses discriminatory psychometric/personality tests.
I have also not received written feedback following the interview.
