It was three round interview process as communicated by the recruitment firm who forwarded my profile to Tekion recruiter. The first round was DSA and the discussion was constructive, really enjoyed it. I was told that they will have two more rounds (HLD and LLD). They scheduled two meetings with zero agenda. I wasn't event sure which one was for HLD /LLD. I mailed them enquiring about this but for some reason, the recruiter was too "cool" to answer to any of my mails. Didn't even share what would be the expectation until the recruiter who reached out to me reminded her multiple times, but that was as late as 30mins to the interview. Then the interview started and I was asked to design LLD for "Google Sheet" within 40minutes. There was no scope definition and I had to clarify the expectations repeatedly. There was absolutely zero help from the interviewer, instead he was busy finding missing pieces in my design. If I would talk about 9/10 patterns, he would mention the 10th and say I should've started with that. He criticised projects I had done without understanding their complexities. He was busy to outright undermine me throughout. When I look back, I covered mostly everything I could but given the vastness of "Google sheet" it would be difficult for anyone, I guess to cover all the LLD within the given timeframe. One day later, I had a HLD round scheduled (now I knew that this was going to be HLD since the last one was LLD). 1 hour prior to the interview, the interview was just cancelled without any other communication. I had to call my recruiter and confirm that my profile is rejected. Absolutely pathetic interview experience from end to end.
