Initially brought in for a group interview with about 6/7 other people where we were asked to rank 30 different tasks on a priority basis. For example two options were the fire alarm going off and your coworker had their break scheduled while it was very busy, you had to rank what order issues should be dealt with. Following this I was called back for an individual interview.
