Interviewed by the Area Manager and Regional Manager. They were particularly interested in knowing about the skill sets and responsibilities from previous employment and how I got along on a day to day basis. They were interested in knowing if I knew my number: how much volume my store completed in a year, daily figure totals and weekly totals. They were also interested in how I motivated my team and whether I had to ever think outside the box to problem solve any situations that may have risen that was not in a handbook. Overall a very nice and relaxing interview on both occasions. I think they just wanted to make sure that the experience listed on the resume matched the actual work experience, and what kind of manager I would be to the company.

Interviewed with one store manager and then the West Coast Area Manager. Typical interview that lasted 30 minutes for the first interview and 1 hour for the second interview.
